GOOD VIBE TRIBE EVENTS L.L.C (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) operates the Good Vibe Tribe website and apps (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

1. What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, Instagram handle, area of residence, profile photo.
• Verification ID — a photo of your passport or Emirates ID, used solely to verify that you are a woman aged 18+.
• Activity — events you claim, proof screenshots you submit, passes issued and redeemed, points and tier.
• Technical basics — device/browser information and logs needed to run and secure the Service.

2. Why we use it

• To review membership applications and verify eligibility.
• To operate events, perks, passes and the points programme.
• To send service emails (such as verification codes) and, with your settings, notifications.
• To keep the community safe and prevent misuse.

3. Verification ID — special handling

• Your ID is stored in private storage, accessible only to authorised administrators during review.
• It is never shown to other members and never used for marketing.

4. Where your data lives

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers: MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (hosting and media storage), Render (application hosting) and Resend (transactional email). These providers may process data outside the UAE under their own security and compliance programmes.

5. Retention

• Proof screenshots are automatically deleted from storage after the review retention window.
• Account data is kept while your membership is active. When your account is deleted, personal data is removed except where we must retain records by law.

6. Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• Venues see only what is needed to honour a pass (for example your name and member number at the door).
• We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the safety of members.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies & similar

The Service uses only what is necessary to keep you signed in and secure. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service.
